Meet Our Founders

JumpHire was launched by a father-daughter team at the Tullman Family Office in response to the barriers many job seekers face in today’s competitive labor market. As Chicagoans, they saw firsthand how too many capable individuals — especially in their own neighborhoods — were being overlooked for quality jobs simply because they didn’t hold a college degree.

The Tullman Family Office believes that when Chicago’s residents succeed, the entire city thrives. They recognize that talent and potential aren’t defined by formal credentials alone, and that many job seekers bring valuable skills that go unseen. JumpHire was created to change that — opening pathways to strong career opportunities, investing in local communities, and helping ensure that Chicago and its neighbors can grow and prosper together.

Interested applicants are required to register for an informational session held at our office. These sessions occur approximately every two months and serve as the exclusive opportunity to learn more about the program, submit an application, and participate in an interview.
